The City of Omaha is seeking proposals from qualified commercial entities to capture, utilize, process, or otherwise monetize the biogenic Carbon Dioxide tailgas/off-gas stream produced as a byproduct of the Renewable Natural Gas upgrading systems at the Papillion Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility.
