Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time. Bidding documents may be found on the new Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net

Electronic bid submission: Douglas County requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.

As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.

Douglas County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

for Construction Manager

At-Risk Services

Levi Carter Park Athletic Facility

 

The City of Omaha Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department is issuing this request for proposals from interested and qualified firms in providing comprehensive Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) services for the Levi Carter Park Athletic Facility.

The Project includes the construction of a 100,000 square foot indoor athletic facility, four exterior soccer fields, and associated parking and other site improvements. The City seeks interested firms employing highly qualified personnel with experience and expertise in delivering work of the nature described herein and providing full-service CMAR preconstruction and construction phase services.
