REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
For Construction Manager
At Risk Services
Crossroads Development – Phase I
The City of Omaha Public Works Department and Woodbury Corporation are requesting proposals from qualified construction manager’s/general contractors to perform Construction Manager at Risk services for Phase 1 of the Crossroads Development.
Generally, as currently envisioned, Phase 1 will include the following uses:
Multi-family - ~220 units
Retail – ~185,000 GSF
Parking – Three (3) parking structures / ~1600 parking stalls and ~200 surface parking stalls
(All uses, square footage, and units are approximate and subject to change.)
