Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time.Bidding documents may be found on the Douglas County electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net
Electronic bid submission: The City of Omaha requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not
allow late submissions due to the same.
Bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk on the closing date/time before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a bid bond statement must accompany the bid in the amount of:
$50.00
Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
The City of Omaha reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Secondary Expansion Project
Owner’s Representative
The City of Omaha is seeking consultant services to be part of the Owner’s Project Team (OPT), also referred to as the Provider or Consultant. As part of the OPT the Provider will be involved during construction services management of the Papillion Creek WRRF Secondary Expansion Project. The Provider will be expected to be able to provide services including but not limited to the following: Pre- and Post-Construction Services, Construction Management and Field Inspection Services.
