The City of Omaha will hold a Public Open House regarding the Copper Creek Interceptor Sewer Relocation (OPW 53698).

Please join us to learn more about this project and provide feedback on the Copper Creek Interceptor Sewer Relocation. The project consists of installing a multi-barrel siphon along with two cast in place siphon structures and a 96-inch sanitary interceptor located north and south of Copper Creek. As part of the interceptor relocation, an existing aerial pipe will be removed, and the existing underground interceptor pipe will be abandoned in place with flowable fill. Permanent streambank stabilization, temporary by-pass pumping, gravity and force main connections, and parking lot pavement and pedestrian trail replacement are included in this project.
Where possible, an accessible meeting facility for disabled persons will be provided. Appropriate provisions for the hearing and visually impaired persons will be made if the City of Omaha is notified by September 13, 2023.
