PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 12, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for DineNDash Lodging, LLC, dba “Moxy Hotel”, located at 409 South 12th Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Hank’s Entertainment, LLC, dba “Hank’s Entertainment”, located at 3922 Ames Avenue.

Class “I” Liquor License for El Patron Mexican Restaurant, LLC, dba “El Patron Mexican Restaurant”, located at 1605 Vinton Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Sand Point, LLC, dba “Sand Point”, located at 655 North 114th Street.

Class “Z” Liquor License for Patriarch Distillers, LLC, dba “Patriarch Distillers”, located at 11005 “E” Circle.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
