PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 16, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Cherry Creek Drive and Potter Street from DR-Development Reserve District to R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Cherry Creek (Lot 10), a subdivision outside city limits, located southwest of Cherry Creek Drive and Potter Street, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Signature Ernst Holdings, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Cherry Creek (Lot 10) and is located southwest of Cherry Creek Drive and Potter Street.

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
