PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of a Big Red satellite keno agreement between EHPV Lottery Services, LLC and:

42ND Street Inn, Inc., dba “Grover Inn”, located at 3505 South 42nd Street.

First Round, LLC, dba “First Round”, located at 3901 Farnam Street, Suite A.

TOC, LLC, dba “Touch of Class”, located at 11220 Fort Street, Suite 101.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
