PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 26, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road from GO – General Office District, GC – General Commercial District, and GI – General Industrial District to CC – Community Commercial District.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road from GO – General Office District, GC – General Commercial District, and GI – General Industrial District to TOD-2-MX – Transit Oriented Development Mixed Use District.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road from GO – General Office District, GC – General Commercial District, and GI – General Industrial District to TOD-1-MX – Transit Oriented Development Mixed Use District.
An ordinance to rescind the ACI-2 – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Saddle Creek Campus, a subdivision inside city limits, located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road, is hereby approved, and concurrently portions of the existing plats entitled Briggs Place, Metro One, and Omsteel Addition Replat 2, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha and Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, by and on behalf of its administrative unit, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Saddle Creek Campus (Lots 1-7) and is located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to the PUD – Planned Unit Development Overlay District, located northwest of 42nd and Marinda Streets, to approve the Amendment to Development Plan.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 3511 and 3515 Howard Street from R7–Medium-Density Multiple Family Residential District to TOD-2-MUR-Transit Oriented Development District-Mixed Urban Residential.
An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located at 3511 and 3515 Howard Street, to approve the Development Plan.
An ordinance to rescind the ACI – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located at 3511 and 3515 Howard Street.
