NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on September 15, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to approve a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Omaha, Nebraska and Builders District III, LLC, a wholly owned affiliate of Kiewit Corporation, for the transfer and sale of real property generally located between 16th and 17th Streets and Mike Fahey and Cass Streets; the agreement authorizes the City to sell the real property for $7,820,000.00.
