PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 10, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rescind the ACI – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located at 3030 Sprague Street.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Boyds Addition Replat 5, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 3030 Sprague Street, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat Boyd’s Addition Replat 1, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
An ordinance to rezone property at 9402 Pacific Street from R1–Single-Family Residential District (Large Lot) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Pacific Court (formerly Pacific Rows), located at 9402 Pacific Street, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Fairview Dundee LLC, and The Pacific Court Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Pacific Court (Lots 1-8 and Outlot A) and is located at 9402 Pacific Street.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 193rd Street and HWS Cleveland Boulevard from AG-Agricultural District to MU- Mixed Use District.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled of Avenue One (Lot 12), a subdivision inside city limits, located southwest of 193rd Street and HWS Cleveland Boulevard, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plats entitled Avenue One, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Stichler Properties V, LLC, and Jasper Stone 192nd and Dodge, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Avenue One (Lot 12) and is located southwest of 193rd Street and HWS Cleveland Boulevard.
