PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 30, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Extra Credit Group, LLC, dba “Kamp”, located at 3618 Farnam Street, Suite C.

Class “CK” Liquor License for Global Warming, Inc., dba “The Mill Coffee & Tea”, located at 3105 Leavenworth Street.

Class “CK” Liquor License for WaCo Ventures, Inc., dba “Pulled BBQ”, located at 11036 Elm Street.

Class “IK” Liquor License for Ryoshi, LLC, dba “Foxy Sushi”, located at 18101 Chicago Street, Suite 108.

Class “IK” Liquor License for Texas De Brazil (Omaha) Corporation, dba “Texas De Brazil”, located at 1110 Capitol Avenue.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

The OHA requires one or more qualified contractors to complete residential roofing repairs and full roof replacements, gutter repairs and replacements, and installation of vinyl siding for repair or replacement of various scattered site residences, all located in Omaha, Nebraska
