PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. in Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, regarding adoption and amendment of the 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program. Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 16, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located Southeast of 177th and State Streets from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single Family Residential District (High-Density).
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Majestic 178 (Lots 1-98, Outlots A-C), a subdivision outside city limits, located southeast of 177th and State Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Celebrity Homes, Inc., the Majestic 178 Homeowners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 617 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Majestic 178 (Lots 1-98 and Outlots A-C) and is located southeast of 177th and State Streets.
An ordinance to rezone the property located southwest of 72nd and Cass Streets from GC-General Commercial District and MU-Mixed Use District to GC-General Commercial District.
An ordinance to rezone the property located southwest of 72nd and Cass Streets from GC-General Commercial District and MU-Mixed Use District to MU-Mixed Use District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-2 Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located southwest of 72nd and Cass Streets.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for Crossroads, to allow for an administrative subdivision of the property (The Crossroads Replat 1), located southwest of 72nd and Cass Streets, between the City of Omaha and KJ Crossroads Venture LLC, providing site development standards.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 1824 Sahler Street from GI-General Industrial District to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 4768 Q Street.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 11902 West Center Road.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to the PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District located northeast of 99th Street and Military Road, to approve the Development Plan.

Construction Contractors Pool
The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha is seeking qualified Construction Contractors to provide technical proposals from those companies to be placed in a Pool of Contractors eligible to provide construction and maintenance services (via additional quotes) to the Agency.
RFP packets will be available on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.
