PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 11, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Lumen Beer Company, LLC, dba “Lumen Beer Company”, located at 1433 South 13th Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Palomares, Jose, dba “Maple 88 Mexican Kitchen”, located at 2822 North 88th Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for VBC Hospitality, LLC, dba “Tracks”, located at 1506 South 60th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Salon Ventures, LLC, dba “Contour Nail Bar”, located at 6700 Mercy Road, Suite 105.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
