PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on June 6, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of:
Class “C” Liquor License for BTR, LLC, dba “Bomb Taco”, located at 12321 West Maple Road.

RAD Capital Needs Assessments (RCNA) and Energy Audit
Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) is reviewing the option to utilize Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), Section 18, and other HUD tools to fund the work to preserve housing for low-income residents in Omaha. OHA seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to complete RAD Capital Needs Assessments (RCNA) and energy audits for several of OHA’s properties.
