Location: 3719 Farnam Street and 3710 Harney Street
The redevelopment project plan is to construct a new nine story mixed-use building. There will be about 20,000 square feet ground floor commercial space, with about 161 apartment units on the upper levels.

TIF loan proceeds will be used to offset eligible expenses such as acquisition, demolition, site preparation construction, architectural and engineering costs, special engineered foundations and public improvements as required, with the applicant contributing $62,000.00 of the TIF loan proceeds to the Midtown Public Improvement Fund. The total estimated project costs are $43,507,648.00, but are subject to change as final costs come in.
