PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 22, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to repeal the PUD-Planned Unit Development Overlay District for property located at 3819 X Street, and to provide for an effective date.

An ordinance to rescind the PK-Parking Overlay District for property located at 3863 Mason Street and 3863 Marcy Street, and to provide for an effective date.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northeast of 24th and Miami Streets (property is a designated Local Landmark); and to provide an effective date.

An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 24th and Miami Streets from GC-General Commercial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District (property is a designated Local Landmark).
