Notice to Public
The Tri-County Homeland Security Working Group will have a virtual meeting via Zoom at 9:00 AM on Friday, May 8th, 2020 with video conference option for public participation as authorized by Executive Order No. 20-03 issued by Governor Ricketts.
YOU MUST REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEETING VIRTUALLY
If any member of the public would like to speak on any item through Zoom Meeting, please contact the Mayor’s Office at margaret.perdue@cityofomaha.org or 402-444- 5286. The Mayor’s Office must be notified by noon the day prior to the meeting. Please provide your name, address and item(s) you wish to speak on.
An agenda, kept continually current, is available at the Office of the Mayor, 1819 Farnam Street, Suite 300 in Omaha, Nebraska available upon request during normal business hours. The Tri-County Homeland Security Working Group shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature at said meeting. The Planning, Exercise, and Training (PET) sub-committee may meet immediately following. Please contact the Office of the Mayor at (402) 444-5000 at least five (5) days prior to the meeting for any special accommodations.
