NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 12, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “I” Liquor License for Y&J Maru Sushi Korean Grill, Inc., dba “Maru Sushi Korean Grill”, located at 5036 South 108th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

JANITORIAL SERVICES

OHA is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and bonded entities to provide the following detailed Vacant Unit Cleaning for Omaha Housing Authority sites throughout Omaha.

Packets will be available on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.

Pre-Proposal Conference Zoom meeting, April 14, 2022, at 2 pm, request for invitation.

Site visits will be available from April 15th – to 20th

The deadline for questions for the project is April 22, 2022, at 12:00 Noon

Bids deadline for the project is May 3, 2022, at 2 pm.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
