PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 15, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 32nd and Y streets from R5(35)-Urban Family Residential District to R7-Multiple-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) (property is located within an NCE Overlay District).

An ordinance to approve an Amendment to the Future Land Use Element of the City’s Master Plan from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential for the property located northwest of 32nd and “Y” Streets.

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Drews Hill Replat 1, a minor plat inside city limits, located northwest of 32nd and Y streets (property is located within an NCE-Overlay District), is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Drews Hill Replat 1, a minor plat inside city limits, located northwest of 32nd and Y streets (property is located within an NCE-Overlay District), is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat Drews Hill, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Southside Redevelopment Corporation, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Drews Hill Replat 1 (Lots 1-2) and is located northwest of 32nd and Y Streets.
