ORDINANCE NO. 44194
AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing ce1tain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 1416 William Street from GI-General Industrial District to R7-(Medium- Density) Multiple-Family Residential District.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the boundaries of the ACI-4 (PL)-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to inco1vorate into that district the property located at 600 North 93rd Street; and to provide an effective date.
