Wednesday, February 9th, 2022 at the Dewey Recreation Center, 550 Turner Boulevard, Omaha, NE  68105.

Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department or on the Mayors website, https://mayors-office.cityofomaha.org/. The Board shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting when convened.

NOTICE OF MEETING

OMAHA BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

Notice is hereby given that the Omaha City Council will sit as the Board of Equalization on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, LC Level, Omaha, Nebraska, 68183. The meeting begins at 1:00 PM.

The Board of Equalization will meet to consider and equalize the proposed levy of special taxes and assessments SIDEWALK DISTRICT NO. 2021-01 as prepared by the Finance Department, and now on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and correcting any errors therein, and hearing all complaints that the owners of property so to be assessed and taxed may have to be made; said special taxes and assessments proposed to be levied being necessary to cover the actual cost of the public improvements duly authorized to be made pursuant to Chapter 26 of the Omaha Municipal Code.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on February 15, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of:

Class “I” Liquor License for Aksarben Pizza, LLC, dba “Frank’s Pizzeria Ralston”, located at 5413 South 72nd Street #116.

Class “I” Liquor License for La Sierra, LLC, dba “La Sierra”, located at 1702 South 10th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License X Golf Omaha, LLC, dba “X Golf Omaha”, located at 808 North 102nd Street, Suite 102.
