OMAHA BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
Notice is hereby given that the Omaha City Council will sit as the Board of Equalization on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, LC Level, Omaha, Nebraska, 68183. The meeting begins at 1:00 PM.
The Board of Equalization will meet to consider and equalize the proposed levy of special taxes and assessments SIDEWALK DISTRICT NO. 2021-01 as prepared by the Finance Department, and now on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and correcting any errors therein, and hearing all complaints that the owners of property so to be assessed and taxed may have to be made; said special taxes and assessments proposed to be levied being necessary to cover the actual cost of the public improvements duly authorized to be made pursuant to Chapter 26 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Anyone interested in the actions of the Board of Equalization should be in attendance.
