PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on February 27, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Starwood South Replat 4, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 6609 North 99th Street, is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Fort Omaha Expansion Replat 1, a minor plat inside city limits, located northwest of 30th Street and Sorensen Parkway, is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 1213 Jones Street from DS-Downtown Service District to CBD-Central Business District (property is within an ACI-Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District).

An ordinance to rezone property located at 7802 Hascall Street from DR-Development Reserve District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).
