PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on February 14, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located at 7116 and 7126 Northland Drive from DR – Development Reserve District and R1 – Single-Family Residential District (Large Lot) to R1 – Single-Family Residential District (Large Lot).
An ordinance to rezone property located at 3131 South 72nd Street from GO – General Office District to CC – Community Commercial District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 3711 North 90th Street.
Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
