PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for KMN, LLC, dba “Sofra Brunch”, located at 220 South 31st Avenue, Suites 3101.

Class “C” Liquor License for Let It Fly Nebraska, LLC, dba “Let It Fly”, located at 1100 Capitol Avenue, Suites 101-102.

Class “E” (Entertainment District) Liquor License for Let It Fly Nebraska, LLC, dba “Let It Fly”, located at 1100 Capitol Avenue, Suites 101-102.

Class “C” and “CS” (Cigar Shop) Liquor License for Vanderpool, Inc., dba “Nickleby’s”, located at 2464 South 120th Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for El Pollo Tote, LLC, dba “El Pollo Tote”, located at 5007-5009 Grover Street.

Class “B” License for Family Dollar, Inc., dba “Family Dollar 25376”, located at 1725 South 13th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
