PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on February 8, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Avenue One Replat 2, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 188th and Burke Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled West Farm Replat 9, a minor plat inside city limits, located southwest of 145th and Davenport Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Flinn Subdivision One, a minor plat inside city limits, located northeast of 66th and Grover Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
An ordinance to rezone property located at located southeast of 189th Street and Bedford Avenue from DR- Development Reserve District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to DR-Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located at located southeast of 189th Street and Bedford Avenue from DR- Development Reserve District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located southwest of 90th and Maple Streets.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located at 6405 Center Street, to approve the Development Plan.
An ordinance to approve an amendment to the Urban Development Element of the Master Plan for the City of Omaha, to move the Present Development Zone boundary at various locations within the City of Omaha zoning jurisdiction.
An ordinance to amend Chapter 31 of the Omaha Municipal Code: to amend Section 31-259 to establish a new schedule of Interceptor Sewer Fees; to repeal Section 31-259 of the Omaha Municipal Code as heretofore existing.
An ordinance to amend Chapter 10 of the Omaha Municipal Code: to amend Section 10-313 to establish a new schedule of ASIP Fees; amend Section 10-315 to update the list of ASIP projects; to repeal Sections 10-313 and 10-315 of the Omaha Municipal Code as heretofore existing.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by Geoff McGregor for a Special Use Permit to allow Convenience storage in the CC District, located Southwest of 192nd Street and Grant Avenue, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the above referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with and the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Res. that, the Large Project Special Use Permit application submitted by Eugene Olson, Westwood Solutions LLC, for a Major Amendment to the Large Project Special Use Permit to allow Communication services in the GI-General Industrial District, located northwest of State Street and Blair High Road, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with; and, that the proposed Large Project Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.

Laundry Services
The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha seeking a qualified service provider to install and maintain efficient, reliable, water and energy-saving clothes washing machines and dryers which are both coin operated and coinless card activated for OHA residents and to maintain the related laundry facilities.
