PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 31, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
Class “C” Liquor License for Worley Investments, LLC, dba “The Fat Putter”, located at 111 North 10th Street.
Class “I” Liquor License for Akshaya, LLC, dba “Maharaja Indian Cuisine”, located at 617 North 114th Street, Suite A.
Class “K” License for HJP, LLC, dba “Skyybox Grill & Bar”, located at 6720 South 168th Street, Suite 5.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
