PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “CCS” Liquor License for Johnny T’s Bar and Blues, Inc., dba “Johnny T’s Bar and Blues”, located at 3825 North 30th Street.

Class “B” License for Family Dollar, LLC, dba “Family Dollar Store 30197”, located at 1901 North 72nd Street.

Change of Location of the present Class “IK” Liquor License for Saddle Creek Breakfast Club, LLC, dba “Saddle Creek Breakfast Club”, 1540 N Saddle Creek Road to be located at 8734 Pacific Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
