PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on February 4, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located at 1401 William Street from GI-General Industrial District to CC-Community Commercial District.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 15230 West Maple Road.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 10707 Pacific Street.

An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 180th Street and West Maple Road from DR-Development Reserve District and MU-Mixed Use District to MU-Mixed Use District.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for Maple 180, for the property located northeast of 180th Street and West Maple Road, to allow for an expansion of the mixed use area.

An ordinance to amend that part of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 44070, passed December 10, 2024 pertaining to the rezoning from GI-General Industrial District and GC-General Commercial District to CC Community Commercial District, located southwest of 72nd and Farnam Streets, in Douglas County, Nebraska, to correct the legal description of said lands.

An ordinance to amend that part of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 44071, passed December 10, 2024 pertaining to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located southwest of 72nd and Farnam Streets, in Douglas County, Nebraska, to correct the legal description of said lands.

An ordinance to amend that part of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 44072, passed December 10, 2024 pertaining to amend the boundaries of the ACI-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located southwest of 72nd and Farnam Streets, in Douglas County, Nebraska, to correct the legal description of said lands.
