PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 19, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Gimme Gimme Gimme Productions, LLC, dba “Vive le Rock”, located at 12411 West Center Road, Suite 106A.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC

Notice is hereby given that the City of Omaha Fireworks Committee will meet on December 15, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68183. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Council shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened.
