Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Omaha met on January 10, 2023 and passed and approved the following ordinances:
ORDINANCE NO. 43252
AN ORDINANCE to approve a ten-year Interlocal Agreement between the City of Omaha and Douglas County, Nebraska, to set forth the rights, duties, and obligations of each party with regard to the Omaha Convention and Visitors Bureau (OCVB) specifically with regard to funding by the City as follows, subject to approval by the Mayor and appropriation by the City Council: $2,300,000 for 2024; $2,400,000 for 2025; $2,500,000 for 2026; $2,600,000 for 2027; $2,700,000 for 2028: $2,700,000 for 2029; $2,700,000 for 2030; $2,700,000 for 2031; $2,700,000 for 2032; and $2,700,000 for 2033; and to provide an effective date.

AN ORDINANCE to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for WATERFORD CROSSING, located at 7110 North 154th Avenue, to allow for a 100’ tall cell tower to be constructed on the southwest part of the site adjacent to 156th Street, between the City of Omaha and Dragon Storage, LLC, providing site development standards; and to provide for an effective date.

NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The Omaha Streetcar Authority will have a Meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, January 23, 2023, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Authority shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened. The video conference details and an agenda for the meeting is posted on the City of Omaha website at https://www.cityofomaha.org/omaha-streetcar.
