PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on February 1, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located north of 200th Avenue and Madison Street from AG-Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located north of 200th Avenue and Madison Street from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Falling Waters (Lots 348-429, Outlot H), a subdivision outside city limits, located north of 200th Avenue and Madison Street, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, BSR-FW, LLC, the Falling Waters – Phase II Homeowners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 562 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Falling Waters (Lots 348-429 and Outlot H) and is located north of 200th Avenue and Madison Street.

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 168th and State Streets from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single–Family Residential District (High Density).
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 168th and State Streets from AG-Agricultural District to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 168th and State Streets from AG-Agricultural District to R6-Low Density Multiple Family Residential District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located southwest of 168th and State Streets.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Majestic Pointe II, a subdivision outside city limits, located southwest of 168th and State Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Majestic Pointe II, LLC, The Majestic Pointe East Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 614 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Majestic Pointe II (Lots 1-195 and Outlots A-E) and is located southwest of 168th and State Streets.

Laundry Services
The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha seeking a qualified service provider to install and maintain efficient, reliable, water and energy-saving clothes washing machines and dryers which are both coin operated and coinless card activated for OHA residents and to maintain the related laundry facilities.
RFP packets will be available on Tuesday, January18, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.
