PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 23, 2024, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
Class “CG” Liquor License for Ooh de Lally, dba Ooh de Lally”, located at 4916 Underwood Avenue.
Class “C” Liquor License for 3409, LLC, dba “Macadoodles”, located at 3409 South 72nd Street.
Class “I” Liquor License for Maximo’s Cantina, LLC, dba “Maximo’s Cantina”, located at 2610 N Main Street.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
