PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on November 19, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Rows at Barkalows, a subdivision inside city limits, along with a waiver to Section 53-8(4)(a), Lot Depth, located at 4209 and 4215 Ellison Avenue, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled of Mason Place Rows, a subdivision inside city limits, along with a waiver to Section 53-8(4)(a), Lot Depth, located southwest of 33rd and Mason Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
