PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on December 10, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled of Dunham House, a subdivision inside city limits, located at 7808 North 60th Street, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 5517 North 52nd Street from R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low-Density) to R3-Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density).

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Hartman Ridge, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 5517 North 52nd Street, is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Hartman Ridge, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 5517 North 52nd Street, is hereby approved and accepted.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement for West Village Pointe, for the property located southeast of 180th and Burke Streets, to allow an Automotive Sales use on the subject site.

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled West Village Pointe Replat 13, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 180th and Burke Streets, is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled West Village Pointe Replat 13, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 180th and Burke Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat West Village Pointe Replat 9, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and HHPV24 RE, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as West Village Pointe Replat 13 (Lots 1-4) and is located southeast of 180th and Burke Streets.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI- Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northwest of North Saddlecreek Road and Northwest Radial Highway.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District located at 120 North 39th Street, to approve the Development Plan.

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 72nd and Farnam Streets from GI-General Industrial District and GC-General Commercial District to CC-Community Commercial District.

An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located southwest of 72nd and Farnam Streets, to approve the Development Plan.

An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI- Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located southwest of 72nd and Farnam Streets.

An ordinance to approve an amendment to the City’s Master Plan regarding the Omaha Climate Action and Resilience Plan for the City of Omaha.
