PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Let It Fly Nebraska, LLC, dba “Let It Fly”, located at 1311 South 203rd Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for Voodoo Taco Old Market, LLC, dba “Voodoo Taco”, located at 1102 Harney Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Magic Moments Holding Group, LLC, dba “Hawaii Fluid Art of Omaha”, located at 715 North 132nd Street.

Class “I” Liquor License for Panda House Downtown Omaha Corporation, dba “Panda House”, located at 301 South 16th Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Midtown Petroleum, LLC, dba “NP Mart 23”, located at 2901 Leavenworth Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Tamu, LLC, dba “Everest Gasmart”, located at 5188 Leavenworth Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
