PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 18, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 212th and Hickory Streets from DR – Development Reserve District and R3 – Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to DR – Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 212th and Hickory Streets from DR – Development Reserve District and R3 – Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density) to R3 – Single-Family Residential District (Medium-Density).
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Windgate Ranch Replat 1, a minor plat outside city limits located northwest of 212th and Hickory Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Windgate Ranch, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, David Ortleb and Melanie Ortleb, Husband and Wife, and Kevin G. Hansen & Sarah V. Hansen, Husband and Wife, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is known as Windgate Ranch Replat 1 (Lot 1 and Outlot A) and is located northwest of 212th and Hickory Streets.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 6303 Q Street.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by the Nebraska HBPA, for a Major Amendment to a Special Use Permit to allow Outdoor Entertainment in the GI – General Industrial district, located at 6303 Q Street, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with, and the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by the Nebraska HBPA, for a Major Amendment to a Special Use Permit to allow Indoor Entertainment in the GI – General Industrial district, located at 6303 Q Street, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with, and the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by Nebraska HBPA for a Major Amendment to the Large Project Special Use Permit for an area over ten acres in size in the GI-General Industrial District, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with, and the proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
An ordinance to rezone property located at located Southeast of 188th and Burke Streets from AG-Agricultural District, DR-Development Reserve District, and MU-Mixed Use District to DR-Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located at located Southeast of 188th and Burke Streets from AG-Agricultural District, DR-Development Reserve District, and MU-Mixed Use District to MU-Mixed Use District.
An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement between the City of Omaha and Jasper Stone, 192nd and Dodge, LLC, for Avenue One Replat 2, located Southeast of 188th and Burke Streets, to allow for the relocation of Harney Street, development of multifamily residential use, and development of a civic use (religious assembly).
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Avenue One Replat 2 (Lots 1-4 and Outlots A-B), a subdivision inside the city limits, located southeast of 188th and Burke Streets, is hereby approved and accepted; and that the replat transmitted herewith entitled Avenue One Replat 2 (Lots 1-4 and Outlots A-B), a subdivision inside the city limits, located southeast of 188th and Burke Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plats entitled Avenue One and Avenue One Replat 1, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Jasper Stone 192nd & Dodge, LLC, and The Avenue One Master Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Avenue One Replat 2 (Lots 1-4 and Outlots A-B) and is located southeast of 188th and Burke Streets.
