PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on November 1, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled MH Landing Replat 2, a minor plat inside city limits, located northeast of 70th and Grover Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Bartletts Addition to Omaha Replat 7, a minor plat inside city limits, located southwest of 30th and Leavenworth Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Briggs Place Replat 9, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 48th and Dodge Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 1714 Sahler Street from GI – General Industrial District to R5 – Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 4150 North 132nd Street.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 8200 North 30th Street.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 6625 and 6603 L Street.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 7630 and 7660 L Street.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 3819 North 24th Street from GI – General Industrial District to NBD – Neighborhood Business District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 3819 North 24th Street.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 13125 Q Street and 5616 Harry Anderson Avenue from CC – Community Commercial District and GI – General Industrial District to GI – General Industrial District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 13125 Q Street and 5616 Harry Anderson Avenue.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by Nebraska Neurobehavioral Services for a Special Use Permit to allow Small group living (nondisabled) within 600 feet of another group living facility, located at 3013 and 3015 North 95th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with. The proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
Res. that, the Special Use Permit application submitted by Omaha Cellular Telephone Company dba Verizon Wireless for a Special Use Permit to allow a Broadcasting tower in the R5 District, with a waiver to Section, 55-206, Height, to allow a 100-foot-tall tower, located at 2002 M Street, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with. The proposed Special Use Permit has been reviewed and evaluated pursuant to, and meets each of, the criteria set forth in Section 55-885 of the Omaha Municipal Code.
