PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 25, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 202nd and I Streets from DR-Development Reserve District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to DR-Development Reserve.

An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 202nd and I Streets from DR-Development Reserve District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled North Streams Replat One, a subdivision outside city limits, located southwest of 202nd and I Streets, is hereby approved and accepted; and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled North Streams, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Millard 35, LLC, The North Streams Replat One Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 608 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as North Streams Replat One (Lots 1-83 and Outlots A-F) and is located southwest of 202nd and I Streets.
