Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, a meeting of the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Gretna, Nebraska, will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the City Office. The agenda for such meeting, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk at the above address during normal business hours.
As part of the meeting, notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held for the purposes of:
A) Collaboration Real Estate, LLC, 2922 Castelar Street, Omaha, NE 68105
Requests: West Collaboration Area Blight Study and Declaration of the Blight Study area within the City of Gretna’s corporate limits as substandard and blighted pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.
Description: Lots 1 and 2 of Plum Creek Replat 6 and Taxlot 1B2 located in Section 2, and Taxlots 1A1, 1A2, and 1B2 located in Section 1, all located in Township 13 North, Range 10 East of the 6th P.M., City of Gretna, Sarpy County, Nebraska, and the adjoining South 216th Street right-of-ways. Generally located southeast, southwest, and south of the intersection of Schram Road and South 216th Street in the City of Gretna.
A map showing the area involved in the Blight Study and to be declared substandard and blighted is published herewith.
The map and the West Collaboration Area Blight Study are available at the Gretna City Office, 204 N. McKenna Ave., and on the City of Gretna’s website www.gretnane.org.
All interested parties are asked to attend to express any support or objections to these matters. Any written support or objections must be filed with the City Clerk prior to September 24, 2024.
