Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, a meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Bennington will be held at 6:00 p.m. The agenda, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. As part of the meeting, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held for the purpose of: 

Proposed 2026 Bennington Downtown Redevelopment Plan pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law by the City of Bennington for the downtown area of the City of Bennington.

A map showing the area proposed for redevelopment is published herewith. The 2026 Bennington Downtown Redevelopment Plan is posted on the City’s website www.benningtonne.com and copies are available at the City Office.
