Notice is hereby given that Apple Bellevue, LLC dba “Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar” has filed an application for a Corporation name change replacing their Class “I-123599” Liquor License at 10402 S. 15th Street, Bellevue and for Eric Ratliff as Manager.
A hearing on the application will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1500 Wall Street, Bellevue, on November 17, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., at which time all persons desiring to give evidence before the City Council will be heard.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT AND
GRANT APPLICATION
AVAILABILITY FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
CORONAVIRUS
(CDBG-CV) FUNDING
TO ALL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS:
In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19), the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program has notified the City of Bellevue they will receive a formula allocation from the third round of CDBG-CV funding in the amount of $219,290 to be used specifically for the prevention of, preparation for, and response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
The City is requesting applications from non-profit agencies and other eligible applicants for participation in round three of the CDBG-CV program. Funds must be used for activities that are associated with COVID-19 response, meet a CDBG eligible activity, and meet a CDBG national objective. Applications are available on the City of Bellevue’s website, www.bellevue.net, or by written request to Abby Highland, CDBG Program Administrator, at abby.highland@outlook.com. Applications may be mailed or hand-delivered to the City of Bellevue and must be received no later than the application deadline of 4:30 p.m. on December 4, 2020.
The City of Bellevue will be holding a public hearing for the CDBG-CV program on Monday, November 16, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, at 1500 Wall Street, Bellevue, NE 68005. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide an opportunity to participate in the planning of the CDBG-CV funding and information will be presented regarding the eligibility requirements for activities, funding availability, and application process. The public is also invited to schedule a one-on-one conference call to discuss the planning process and specific project requirements by contacting the CDBG Program Administrator.
