Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Bellevue, Nebraska, will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on October 22, 2020, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1500 Wall Street, Bellevue, Nebraska, regarding:
1. Request to rezone Tax Lot 14, located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 31, T14N, R13E, of the 6th P.M., Sarpy County, Nebraska, from AG to ML for the purpose of light industrial development. Applicant: Ryan Steele. General location: 11715 S 60th Street.
An agenda of the meeting, which is kept continually current, is available for public inspec-tion at the Planning Department located at 1510 Wall Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Mayor and City Council, sitting as the Board of Equalization, will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at the Bellevue City Hall, 1500 Wall Street, Bellevue, Nebraska, for the purpose of considering and levying special assessments on lots and parcels for non-payment of costs associated with mowing, trimming, gen-eral cleanup, and/or removal of debris.
