NOTICE INVITING BIDS

Spencer Management LLC is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors for site utilities stormwater, drywall & framing, roofing, doors and windows, concrete and masonry in Omaha, Nebraska. If Interested, the Scope of Work can be obtained by contacting Justin Moore at Spencer Management LLC: justin@spencermanagement.org. Deadline for proposals is Friday, May 30, 2025.

Emailed bids are invited and will be received on or before the closing time. Bids to be emailed to Spencer Management LLC (jmoore@spencermanagement.org) marked “Bid on <Scope of Work> Project”, with company name and address identified, must be emailed by 3:00 P.M. on the closing date, at which time the bids will be opened and read by Spencer Management LLC.

Attention is called to the fact not less than minimum salaries and wages, as specified by the U.S. Secretary of Labor as set forth in the specification, may be paid on the Scope of Work. The contractor must furthermore, ensure that employees and applicants for employ-ment are not discriminated against because of race, color or creed, sex, or national origin.

The bidder must file a certificate of Insur-ance with Spencer Management LLC evidencing comprehensive public liability Insurance coverage protecting the property owner for not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggre-gate arising out of work performed by the contractor. Evidence of workman’s compensation Insurance must be shown prior to receipt of the order to proceed with the work. The bidder must be registered with SAM.gov in order to submit a bid. Bid must include the contractor’s Cage# for their SAM registration.
