Dvorak Law Group, LLC is pleased to welcome Ashley T. Kraus to the firm’s Estate Planning practice group. Kraus, a Lincoln, NE native, is a 2019 graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law. 

Kraus’s practice will include advising clients in the structuring of their estate plans and assisting in the preparation of revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance directives/living wills, and related estate planning documents. Kraus will also be involved estate and trust administration matters and sophisticated tax planning involving family business entities, sale and loan techniques, insurance planning, and charitable giving.
