The Gardens by the Bay is a nature park spanning 250 acres in the Central Region of Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden (in Marina South), Bay East Garden (in Marina East) and Bay Central Garden (in Downtown Core and Kallang). It was the last Friday in October, and barges filled with mounds of glistening coal sat parked in the Ohio River below Lee Esther Logan’s high-rise public housing apartment complex in Cairo, Illinois. Wispy white clouds streaked a baby blue sky. The panoramic waterfront view is one that normally gives Logan peace as she takes it in from the brown recliner on her balcony.

Property Appraiser, Accused Of Snooping In Homeowner’s Bedroom, Forfeits License

An eastern Iowa real estate appraiser accused of snooping through a homeowner’s bedroom has agreed to surrender his license.

According to the Iowa Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board, Josh Binneboese of JB Appraisal in Davenport obtained authorized, unaccompanied access to a residential property when the owners were absent.
