This inclusive community mural project celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act by creating a mural that integrated the artworks submitted by 13 Ohio artists with disabilities. Prof. Kong Ho (left) was the leading artist and worked with the participating Ohio artists during a 3-day intensive mural painting workshop in producing this 6-foot by 30-foot wide mural.

Disability advocates are breathing a sigh of relief after the Supreme Court ruled unanimously Tuesday to dismiss as moot Acheson Hotels LLC. v. Laufer, a case that could have gutted a key enforcement tool of the Americans with Disabilities Act nationwide.

LINCOLN — Third-party presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. plans a stop this week in the state where his father campaigned by train in 1968, weeks before winning Nebraska’s Democratic primary.

But Junior isn’t visiting Nebraska to run as a Democrat like dad, and some analysts say his effort to get onto the 2024 general election ballot could risk Democratic President Joe Biden’s re-election bid.

Murder Trial In Killing Of Pro Cyclist Anna 'Mo' Wilson Ends With Guilty Verdict. What Happened?

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — The murder trial of a Texas woman charged in the May 2022 shooting death of rising professional cyclist Anna "Mo" Wilson has ended with a guilty verdict.

Kaitlin Armstrong, who fled the U.S. shortly after Wilson was killed and underwent plastic surgery in South America in an attempt to evade authorities, faces up to life in prison.
