NOTICE OF WORKSHOP
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED:
RE: Application No. NG-109 In the Matter of the Application of Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy, Rapid City, South Dakota, seeking approval of a general rate increase.
Interested persons are hereby notified that a workshop on the above-captioned application will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, remotely via a webconference. Access to the workshop via webconference is available at https://psc.nebraska.gov/

B-1976, Supplement 1: In the Matter of the Application of The Beautiful Life Family Home Care LLC d/b/a Beautiful Life Medical Transport, Omaha, seeking to extend its authority as a common carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the transportation of passengers by van, sedan, and SUV between points in Lancaster county over irregular routes. RESTRICTIONS: The transportation of railroad train crews and their baggage is not authorized. HHS Designation: Yes.
B-2021: In the Matter of the Application of Dillard-Lewis, Inc., d/b/a Highland Express Shuttle Service, Raleigh, North Carolina, seeking authority as a contract carrier in Nebraska intrastate commerce in the transportation of passengers by van in open class service over regular routes between North Platte and Omaha serving recruiting stations at intermediate points, and between points in Burt, Cass, Dodge, Douglas, Lancaster, Otoe, Sarpy, Saunders, and Washington counties over irregular routes pursuant to a contract with the United States Department of Defense and Transcor, Inc. The Nebraska Department of Transportation will receive sealed bids in Room 104 of the Central Office Building at 1500 Hwy. 2 in Lincoln, until 1:30 PM on December 10, 2020. At that time the bids will be opened and read.
