PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Public Hearings will be held by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chamber, Omaha – Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, for the following:

 1. To amend the seasonal limitation on operations in condition # 2 of the Special Use Permit - allowing a Drive-In Movie Theater -     at 13427 N. 300th Street.

 2. Adoption of text changes to the County’s Subdivision Regulations, Preliminary Plat (specifically Section XIII, B, 3a) and Final Plat (specifically Section XIII, C, 3a) regarding notification distance to surrounding landowners (from: “within one mile”           to: “within ¼ mile”).

 3. Adoption of the 2018 IECC (International Energy Conservation Code).
